If there are minor revisions that need to be made,
the "accept with minor revisions" should be used. As a
result, the author will need to submit another revision of the paper.
This will give the Editor a chance to review the revisions.
Whether one or more of the reviewers needs to examine the revisions
is up to the Editor. The "accept" decision should
be used when there are no revisions or the revisions are so minor
that they do not need to be checked.
