kato_picHibi (D2) made a presentation entitled “Beam training for wireless communications using large-scale intelligent reflecting surfaces” and received the Best Presentation Award at The 33rd Doctoral Student Presentation Meeting of Graduate School of Information Sciences (GSIS) of Tohoku University, that was held in July 11th.

Prof. Hashida made a presentation entitled “Max-Min Fairness in Intelligent Reflecting Surface-aided Multi-Operator Networks with Cooperative Passive”, Mashiko (M2) made a presentation entitled “Bundle Transmission Control in Multi-Source Delay/Disruption Tolerant Near-Earth Satellite Networks for Improved Delivery Ratio” and Oshima (M2) made a presentation entitled “Prediction-based Task Allocation and the Processor Control for Distributed Green Data Centers with Optical Satellite Links” and Mashiko received the Student the Travel Award and VTS Tokyo/Japan Chapter 2025 Student Paper Award and Oshima was awarded the Young Researcher’s Encouragement Award at IEEE 101st Vehicular Technology Conference (VTC2025-Spring), that was held in Oslo, Norway in June 2025.
